The Tim Fairfax Family Foundation can only support entities that are endorsed by the Australian Tax Office as charitable Item 1 Deductible Gift Recipients (DGRs).
Applications to TFFF are by invitation only and are considered at quarterly Trustees meetings, which occur in March, May, August and November each year.
For any organisation hoping to be invited to apply for funding, the process is as follows:
- Complete and Submit an Enquiry form accessed via the Enquire Now link.
- Each Enquiry is assessed by TFFF staff for eligibility and alignment.
- Those Enquiries deemed eligible and aligned will be invited to submit a full application for consideration in a specific funding round.
Upcoming Funding Round
Applications are now closed for our upcoming funding round in August 2018.
If your organisation is invited to apply in the November 2018 funding round, following are the relevant dates:
Online applications forms will be sent by 5pm Monday 27 August 2018
Applications are due by 5pm Friday 21 September 2018
Decisions will be advised by 5pm Thursday 15 November 2018
