Eligibility The Tim Fairfax Family Foundation (TFFF) is a Private Ancillary Fund or PAF, formerly known as a Prescribed Private Fund or PPF. It can only distribute to entities that are endorsed as Item 1 Deductible Gift Recipients (DGRs), which are also charitable. PAFs are prohibited from giving to other PAFs, ancillary funds, individuals, and political parties.
